Tell us about your licensed operator business. Submitting this form does not create an account or approve you to take bookings — the Odipify team will review your application and follow up.
How we handle your application data
We use the details you submit — including any licence documents you choose to upload — to assess your operator application. If your application is not successful, we normally erase your personal details, including any uploaded documents, within 6 months of closure. You can request earlier erasure by contacting support@odipify.com. We will review and respond to erasure requests without undue delay and within one calendar month. In limited cases, we may need to retain some information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons. If your application is accepted, your details become part of your operator account, onboarding, compliance, and contractual records for as long as you operate on Odipify.
Customer-facing identity
How customers will see you on Odipify, if your application is approved.
The name customers should see on booking pages, emails and public-facing materials, if approved. Example: Fleeyo Transfers.
Optional and subject to approval. Example: fleeyo would become book.odipify.com/book/fleeyo. We may change it if unavailable or unsuitable. This does not make the booking page live.
Legal & licensing
Your legal entity and private hire operator licence details. These are kept for compliance and are not your public brand.
For limited companies or LLPs, enter the name registered at Companies House. Example: FLEEYO LIMITED.
Choose how the operator is legally registered, such as limited company, sole trader, or partnership.
For limited companies or LLPs, enter the Companies House number. Leave blank only if this does not apply.
Must match the private hire operator licence. This may be a person or company depending on the licence.
Only fill this if the licence shows a different operating name from your customer-facing brand. Example: licence says Fleeyo Airport Transfer, brand is Fleeyo Transfers.
The council or licensing authority that issued your private hire operator licence.
Enter the licence number exactly as shown on the operator licence.
Enter the expiry date shown on the operator licence.
